For the past decade Monterra Capital Corporation (MCC) has been a buyer of performing and non-performing real estate debt and REO nationwide.  MCC currently purchases its delinquent notes from tier one banks, regional banks, credit unions and the secondary markets.  We have the ability to purchase in large pools or individually.  Monterra Capital is a principal investor that looks for strategic workouts with the borrower to help them get back on track.  We do not broker loans.
